DCS或TDCS的一些特點(diǎn)
（1）分散控制系統(tǒng)DCS與集散控制系統(tǒng)TDCS是集4C（Communication，
Computer， Control、CRT）技術(shù)于一身的監(jiān)控技術(shù)。
（2）從上到下的樹狀拓?fù)浯笙到y(tǒng)，其中通信（Communication）是關(guān)鍵
。
（3）PID在中斷站中，中斷站聯(lián)接計(jì)算機(jī)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀器儀表與控制裝置。
（4）是樹狀拓?fù)浜筒⑿羞B續(xù)的鏈路結(jié)構(gòu)，也有大量電纜從中繼站并行到
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀器儀表。
（5）模擬信號(hào)，A/D—D/A、帶微處理器的混合。
（6）一臺(tái)儀表一對(duì)線接到I/O，由控制站掛到局域網(wǎng)LAN。
（7）DCS是控制（工程師站）、操作（操作員站）、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀表（現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)
控站）的3級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)。
（8）缺點(diǎn)是成本高，各公司產(chǎn)品不能互換，不能互操作，大DCS系統(tǒng)是
各家不同的。
（9）用于大規(guī)模的連續(xù)過程控制，如石化等。
PLC的構(gòu)成
從結(jié)構(gòu)上分，PLC分為固定式和組合式（模塊式）兩種。
固定式PLC包括CPU板、I/O板、顯示面板、內(nèi)存塊、電源等，這些元素組合成
一個(gè)不可拆卸的整體。
模塊式PLC包括CPU模塊、I/O模塊、內(nèi)存、電源模塊、底板或機(jī)架，這些模塊
可以按照一定規(guī)則組合配置。
