產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
1、該產(chǎn)品適用于14-135KW三相異步電動機(jī)不頻繁自耦降壓起動和停止用
2、鑄鋁合金或鋼板焊接外殼，表面噴塑
3、殼體內(nèi)裝有自耦變壓器、真空交流接觸器、時間繼電器、熱繼電器、中間繼電器、電流互感器、轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)、熔斷器、電 壓表、電流表、指示燈等元件
4、起動電流不超過電機(jī)額定電流的3-4倍，起動時間為5-120秒，并可調(diào)整。若連續(xù)起動時間總和己達(dá)120分鐘，需有足 夠的冷卻時間，一般不小于4小時，才能再次起動，不適宜頻繁操作
5、具有過載、短路保護(hù)功能
6、進(jìn)線腔、元件腔、出線腔分別獨(dú)立
7、輸入、輸出三相五線制（3P+N+PE）
8、可根據(jù)用戶要求特制
9、可鋼管或電纜布線，電纜布線須配電纜夾緊密封接頭
Features
1、Suitable for 14-135KW three-phase asynchronous motor,which is not frequently auto transformer started and stopped
2、Enclosure is made of casting aluminum alloy or steel plate,surface is sprayed with plastics
3、Equipped with autotransformer,vacuum AC conductor,time relay,thermorelay,intermediate relay,current transformer,reset switch, fuse,voltmeter,ammeter,indicating lamp
4、Starting current cannot exceed 3-4 times of motor rated current,starting time is within 5-120 seconds,adjustable. If total continous starting time exceeds 120 minutes,enough cooling time is necessary. Generally,interval shouldn′t be less than 4 hours. Motor is not suitable for frequent starting
5、With overload and short circuit protect function
6、Inlet compartment, component and outlet compartment are independent from each other
7、Input:3P+N+PE , output: 3P+N+PE
8、For user′s requirements, it could be specially made
9、Wiring with conduit or cable,For cable, it should be fitted with explosion-protected cable sealing connector
